Go to town on the table setting – try a gorgeous table cloth & spring flowers
Keep the menu as fancy or simple as you like – try fruit salad, pastries, blueberry pancakes, corn fritters with salsa, or frittatas
Suggest pot luck – ask everyone to bring a plate
Assign a dress code – Summer dresses, hats, or garden party
