When friends don’t reply to an invitation – whether they have a reasonable excuse or not – it can make it very hard to complete your party planning. So how do you prompt a definite response?

• Luckily, when you’ve organised your event at myinvites.com.au, you can quickly and easily send a reminder to guests who haven’t yet replied, prompting forgetful friends to finally commit to coming (or not)! We recommend you do this two weeks before the actual party date. And for those slackers who STILL don’t get back to you, send a last-ditch reminder 48 to 72 hours prior. You can only try!
• You can also send reminders just to guests who have indicated a ‘yes’, ‘no’ or ‘maybe’ RSVP. For example, you might want to follow up with ‘maybe’ guests to see whether they have decided either way; or send a reminder to all the ‘yes’ guests to provide extra party info, such as a wet-weather plan.
