- Q. Do you sell my information to third party promoters?
A. No we do not sell any information to third party promoters. We treat our members
information with absolute confidentiality. From time to time members may receive
offers through us on behalf of our partners, however your personal information is
kept secure and will not be shared. If ever your personal information is required
to be shared, for limited circumstances, i.e. law enforcement, you will be notified
that we require your information.

- Q. How do I make a complaint?
A: The best way to send through your concerns is to fill in a feedback form, available

- Q. Why can I not send an invitation?
A. If you are not a member of www.myinvites.com.au
, you won’t be able to send free invitations. Joining is free, and you can join
by clicking here. If you are a member,
please check that you are logged in. Unless you are properly logged in, you will
not be able to access all sections of the website. You can log in by clicking here.
- Q. Why are the rest of my invites not sending?
A. In order to monitor traffic and fair use, MyInvites has a cap of 100 free invitations
per user per day. If you are trying to send more than 100 invitations and you are
organising a legitimate, non-business, private event, please contact us by filling
out a feedback form, and we may
upgrade your daily sending quota.
- Q. I’m not receiving MyInvites invitations or RSVP notifications in my email.
A. Depending on your email settings, MyInvites notifications may be filtered as
spam or junk/bulk mail. Please check these folders for the invite, and add MyInvites
to your safe senders list so future emails can get through.
Sending and receiving invitations
- Q. When will my guests receive their MyInvites invitation?
A: MyInvites invitations are sent instantly, as soon as you click the send button.
Some email inbox and filters may possibly slow down arrival times, due to firewalls,
and filters. MyInvites cannot control these external issues, however you will be
notified by email of any bounce back emails. Email bounce backs will be sent directly
to your inbox.
- Q. How long will my invite be stored?
A: If you are working on an invitation and have saved it as a draft, the invitation
is automatically saved under your profile. These invitations will be available in
your MyDashboard for two weeks from the date of your last edit. After this date
it will be deleted. Invitations that you have sent will stay in your MyDashboard
under Past Events and will be accessible for up to one year after the event date.
- Q. How can I resend my invite to more guests after it has already been sent?
A. Once an invitation has been sent, all the information is saved into your MyDashboard,
under Upcoming Events page. You can click on your event, and will be provided with
the option to add more guests.
Choosing a design
- Q. Can I purchase a design?
A. MyInvites invitation templates are designed and owned by our contributing designers.
The designs are owned by the creator, and MyInvites is given exclusive rights to
use these designs. These designs are copyright protected by us. If you wish to purchase
a design, or have a designer create a design for you, please contact us.

- Q. How do I register as a user of MyInvites?
A. Any internet user can join MyInvites for free, and use all of MyInvites free
services, such as creating and sending free online invitations. Joining is quick

A. If you have forgotten your user name and/or password we can send them to your
nominated email address. Simply enter the email address attached to your MyInvites
- Q. How do I update my personal information on MyInvites?
A. Your personal information is stored within your profile, in MyDashboard. In your
personal profile, you are able to edit your profile by clicking the Update Profile
link on the top left hand side of the page.
- Q. How do I unsubscribe from MyInvites newsletters?
A. You can easily unsubscribe from MyInvites newsletters by clicking the 'unsubscribe
me' icon on the bottom of every newsletter.
- Q. How do I subscribe to MyInvites newsletters and updates?
A. MyInvites newsletters are a free service for our members. If you'd like to receive
them, simply join... it's free!
